| The repair of standard rotating guide bush for TSUGAMI machines is currently executed at WALTER DÜNNER SA. Other models are also revised by WALTER DÜNNER SA.
WALTER DÜNNER SA proposes a rotating guide bush with three positions for TORNOS DECO 20, 26 and Sigma 20 machine. By NC programmation this guide bush automatically adapts the diameter to the used material. It absorbs the irregularities of material until a difference of 0.5mm (0.3mm for small diameters < 6.0mm) and allows to work with titanium ungrinded or even rough materials.

The advantage of this rotating guide bush is that it allows to use guide bush as a collet for milling operation and to release the pressure to continue turning operation.
Bronze or carbide guide bush can be set on this machine. Bronze guide bush is particularly adapted for stainless steels requesting no scratch on the outside diameter or for materials as Titanium grade 2, Titanium grade 3, or Titanium grade 4. The carbide guide bush is indicated more for steel and brass materials.
Rotating guide bushes could also be developed for CITIZEN - GILDEMEISTER - HANWHA - MAIER - MANURHIN K’MX - MIYANO - NEXTURN - NOMURA - STAR - TORNOS - TRAUB - TSUGAMI machines.
